Exchange & Return Policy


30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

When returning an item purchased please note that:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.

  • Only items purchased directly from the Lovcube shop can be returned to Lovcube. For products purchased from any of our third-party wendors (including but not limited to Amazon), items must be returned ini accordance with their respective returns and refunds policies.

  • Buyers are to shoulder return shipping costs.

  • Buyers must contact Lovcube before returning products.

With our Free Exchanges, Easy Returns program, Lovcube is happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label within 30 days of purchasing. Customers requesting an exchange will receive a free return label. Customers requesting a return for refund will receive a refund for the returned item(s), less any shipping fees (the initial shipping fee + $8 return shipping fee). 

Just follow these simple steps below to return your order for a full refund. 

STEP ONE

To start a return, you can contact us at lovcube.digitalframe@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requestiong a return will not be accepted.

STEP TWO

You will then be able to print a pre-paid USPS shipping label. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package and schedule a USPS pickup or drop it off at your local post office! Please note that the return label fee is $8, which will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free!

Noted: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

STEP THREE

When we receive your package we will process an exchange or issue a refund within 2 weeks of receipt in accordance with our policies. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit company to process and post the refund too.
